Greetings from Alpha Spaceship!
We know that there are already many people in different parts of the globe doing the energetic exercise of the five-pointed star that we suggested you to do every day at 12:30 in then afternoon.
We encourage you to continue practicing it, and also to pass on this simple, but powerfully effective exercise to those family members and friends of yours whom you think would do it if they knew it.
The benefit you will obtain if you practice it daily is double:
1. On the one hand, the emanations you receive each day from the Cosmos as well as those we can send to you from our spaceships in orbit around the Earth bring up to date your personal energy (physical and subtle), and
2. The more people do this exercise, the more it will contribute to form a parabolic-antenna effect that will sum up the receptions of all those united ‘human antennas,’ which will attract to Gaia a revitalizing and transmuting energy of gigantic and tremendously effective proportions.
Do not undervalue, underrate or minimize the value of this cosmic exercise, as it can become an invaluable aid to you, both individually and planetarily.
An essential factor to guarantee a satisfactory result from that exercise is, first, like in all things you undertake, the FAITH you have in its authenticity; and second, the INTENTION you put forward during its execution.
Some people have asked how long they should do this energetic practice. There is no pre-determined time. That will depend on what you individually feel. Remember, you might feel shaken by the energy to different degrees; do not be concerned, it is perfectly normal. It is the product of the collision of that cosmic energy with your aura. It would be like the impact of a meteorite in the Earth’s atmosphere, which disintegrates on impact with the protective atmosphere of the planet, but each one of those impacts generates a certain ‘jolt’ on the energetic aura of your world. All energy leaves behind an imprint on the other energy with which it collides, although sometimes it is barely perceptible.
Do not doubt about passing this energetic technique on to the greatest amount of people you know whom you consider that will practice it, as the more people who practice it, the greater the multiplying beneficial effect that will be generated.
